Here at Mint, we're proud of the work we do.

Serving you since 2010

Mint started in 2010 when the local primary school that Cam previously attended had major IT issues. The internet didn't work, the computers were slow and unusable. So we got to work.

Cam and 3 friends spent the school holidays, in the school hall - repairing and upgrading the computers for the new school year.

15 years later that school is still our foundation client, along with 200+ New Zealand based small businesses and organisations.

We're not just a tech provider.

Here at Mint, we take our green and community initiatives seriously.

Computers for the community

In 2014, we launched Community IT. In partnership with our awesome clients, amazing corporate donors and a network of education providers and charities, we provide upwards of 100 computers per year, free of charge to those who can't afford them.

No device left behind

We only have one planet. In 2022, 62 billion kilograms of eWaste were disposed of, with less than 23% of this being properly recycled. Here at Mint, we use all devices until the end of their usable life and then donate or repurpose to keep this equipment out of landfill.

Anything we can't repurpose is sent locally for environmentally friendly eWaste recycling.

Powering Education and NFPs

Since our inception, we've offered cost price, Managed Tech to education providers and not for profits that otherwise would have gone without. Without educators and community minded team and volunteers, our society wouldn't move forward.
