A technician connects to your computer and fixes the problem while you carry on with your day. Most issues are sorted in minutes. Remote support is included in our Managed Lite and Fully Managed plans.
Onsite Auckland coverage
Installs, network faults, setting up your new starter, and anything we can't fix from a screen. Onsite visits are included in Fully Managed. On a lighter plan? It's from $145 + GST per hour.
Workshop
We build, repair and prep devices in our own workshop at 48 Enterprise Street, Birkenhead. New laptops turn up ready to go, so your people can log in and get to work.

How fast can you respond?
Our average response on critical issues is around 15 minutes. We aim to respond the same day for everything else. Most problems get fixed remotely, because that's the fastest route.
Do you have a workshop?
Yes. We do device builds, repairs and prep in our own workshop at the Birkenhead office.
Do you only work in Auckland?
