What does IT support cost?
Managed IT starts from $79 + GST per user per month. Unlimited remote support starts from $139 + GST, and fully managed with onsite support included is $189 + GST. On lighter plans, onsite visits start from $145 + GST per hour.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. Every plan runs month to month, with one calendar month's notice. You stay because the service works.
