What is the difference between business and residential internet?
Business internet is sold to businesses only. With Mint you also get a free static IP, a managed router, 24/7 monitoring and a technician to call.
Are there contracts?
No long-term contracts. All plans have one calendar month's notice.
Do I need a static IP address?
You need one if you host services, run a VPN, restrict access by IP, or use some cameras and phone systems. Mint includes one free with every business fibre plan.
What happens if the connection fails?
We monitor every circuit 24/7 and often know before you do. We can also add a backup connection that takes over automatically.
Can Mint provide internet and phones together?
Yes. Mint is your ISP and your phone provider, so one team looks after both.
